This position will be a key contributor to ensure all transformation projects are successfully managed and implemented within the organisation and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and roadmap.
This is a full-time salaried role based on a 38-hour working week.
Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
- Highly developed and effective oral and written communicator, including listening and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies, especially Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to articulate the strategic direction and engage and motivate staff
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects according to the derived measurements of success, accounting for cost, time and quality amongst other things.
- Exceptional time management skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and assess each situation and make decisions that are consistent with the organisation's risk appetite and business objectives
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or relevant field
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering enterprise wide, large, and complex projects
- Demonstrated experience managing projects preferably within the realm of digital transformation
- Experience in Financial Services
- Experience in managing and delivering IT projects in challenging environments.
- An effective change agent.
