AddressSPG Lawyers have an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Para-Legal to join our Project & Development Team.
To be successful in this role you would require:
- 3 + years' experience as a conveyancer in commercial property.
- Excellent client service
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively
- Passion for the legal industry and off the plan conveyancing
Responsibilities will include:
- File management for off the plan sales
- Lodging documents, coordinating settlements and enquiries
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- Assist lawyers in the project and development team with legal tasks.
- Collaborate on various legal projects
