Due to significant growth, we are seeking a Civil Project Director to join our team. This role will be vital to the continued success of the TCD business, and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. This role will be based out of our Kwinana Head Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Working with the Civil Manager and project teams to ensure the operational & financial success of projects
- Identify and build strategic relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers
- Act as the key management contact for all Civil Project Managers
- Ensure projects are resourced effectively including personnel, plant and equipment, subcontractors & suppliers
- Take part in all aspects of the tender process, in conjunction with the Estimating team
- Maintain consistent communication with project leaders to ensure up to date knowledge of project progression and provide assistance where required
- Lead, manage and motivate team members
- Actively participate in the recruitment of team members
ABOUT YOU:
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering
- Minimum ten (10) years working in a Project Management role
- Established relationships within the Mining, Resources & Infrastructure Industries, inclusive of customers, consultants and suppliers
- Working knowledge of Mine Regulations, OSH Regulations and Contract/Construction conditions and legislation
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team
- Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
- Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team
