Project Director/Research Director - Large Government Tracking Study

They are currently seeking a Project Director/Research Director to join the business and help take the lead on a flagship quantitative Tracking Study.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Implementation specialist: This sizeable research program is one of the largest of its kind in Australia. It utilises a very innovative methodology and intersects research and technology. You’ll be confident in the scoping and set-up of large-scale research programs. Experience with non-standard survey technology would be highly desirable.

Stakeholder management: You will be the key point of contact for the client and will have day-to-day interaction with various stakeholders. You’ll attend meetings, distilling the important actions, and taking away action points. You’ll also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and internal delivery teams.
Project Management: This is a large, complex quantitative survey with multiple elements. You’ll be highly organised and proficient at delegating and keeping others on track timewise.
Project efficiencies: Creating and implementing efficiencies in processes to ensure that the study stays within budget and timelines.
Data Quality and Management: There is an almost continuous flow of data to the client as data files and dashboards. You will be confident in ensuring data quality with the support of the relevant technical departments.
Team Leadership: With a small number of direct reports, you will also play a role in overseeing the wider resourcing and teams involved in the project including technical staff and statisticians/marketing scientists.
Finally, to be considered for this role you need to demonstrate direct experience of working on large-scale tracking studies, ideally for government clients, although strong applications from those with experience running market research within Commercial Services will also be considered.
