Project & Documentation Support (Maternity Leave Cover) - Carrum Downs, VIC

Join our Flow Equipment team in Australia. We're seeking a skilled Project & Documentation Support professional to cover Maternity Leave. Dive into a rewarding role where you'll play a pivotal part in project success and meticulous documentation. Ready to make an impact? Apply now!
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup of projects using various systems and tool
- Coordinate order processing and tracking of deliverables
- Project Logistics, cost administration and documentation management
- Assist with maintaining the completeness and accuracy of project data and documentations
- Provide support during project meetings including recording and distribution of meeting minutes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Certificate in Project Management / Administration
- Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills
- Expereince in project administration or a similar role
- Able to take responsibility for multiple functional areas
- Fluent in english
