AddressWe are working closely with our respected clients with exciting opportunities for Project Engineers to join one of their rewarding projects on a full time permanent basis. Our clients specialise in TMR road construction & large infrastructure projects. Current project is on the north side of Brisbane working on a $50 million dollar project.

Salary will be dependent on experience from $140k-$160k + Super + vehicle.
Key role tasks:
· Plan, design, document and manage construction activities and processes;
· Implement and monitor the project program in respect to engineering services;
· Implement measures to sustain and improve the performance of your team to deliver effective and efficient work outcomes;
· Manage and monitor resources for the project;
· Develop and foster effective and regular communication with the Project Team including suppliers and clients;
· Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the Quality Assurance, Environmental Management and Safety Management Plans and other relevant standards and legislation;
· Complete reporting requirements for financial, operating and survey needs of the site;
· Comply with health and safety requirements and promote a work environment which reflects this behaviour;
Key capability requirements:
· Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field are essential;
· Demonstrated analytical and design skills;
· Practical knowledge in investigation, design and construction of civil works;
· Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) demonstrating the ability to interact with internal customers, external stakeholders and clients;
· Ability to develop and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees, contractors and visitors;
· Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork;
· Personal flexibility to operate in a dynamic work environment.
