You’ll have a chance to run your own projects or be a critical part of a larger project team, and receive specialist training in contracts, risk management, programming and services so you can grow your career. About you Building-related degree or diploma, or a trade background Experience working for a principal contractor in a similar role Strong financial acumen and communication skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Good understanding of project management within the construction industry (fitout and refurbishment experience would be a plus) Understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability Sound knowledge of EHSQ principles Plenty of flexibility and adaptability Solid grasp of MS Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.
