Form of workProject Engineer Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking Project Engineers with relevant tertiary qualifications and experience to join our project-based civil engineering teams. As a Project Engineer, you’ll be working closely with our Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers in fulfilling the contractual requirements and site targets across all project business functions. You will be responsible for multiple projects for the Toowoomba regional council flood recovery works with the scope ranging from desilting and repair of drainage structures, gravel re-sheeting, formation grading, shoulder regrading, replacing culverts, and pavement repairs.

You have high standards in safety, quality and environmental management. Someone with: Proven management skills, practices and planning ability Strong and demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works Strong and demonstrated experience in project compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and relevant specifications Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills which enable you to assist in resolution of client and key stakeholders’ concerns Tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction discipline What you’ll do (but not limited to): Attend to the scope of work assigned with defined work methods and delivers the work in accordance with total project schedule; delivery of scope of works in accordance with total project schedule Ensure all quality and environmental…
