Project Engineer - Civils

Civils Project Engineer required for Perth metropolitan based projects.

Collar are excited to be representing a Civils earthwork contractor who are seeking a Project Engineer to help deliver on a variety of projects throughout Perth. We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Engineer with a proven track record within the Civils infrastructure sector in Australia.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Monitor projects to ensure they are running to time, budget and plan
• Work with Civil supervisors to ensure daily tasks are completed to schedule
• Resource planning
• Work in sync with the Construction and Project Manager
• Create cost effective construction techniques and methods
• Manage subcontractors
• Problem solving
• Cost monitoring

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• Proven track record of working in the civil infrastructure industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (recognised in WA)
• MS Office skills
• Experience in overseeing project teams
• Subcontractor management skills and experience
