Project Finance Administrator

You will support project teams locally and nationally.This is a pivotal role in which you will build relationships with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and Corporate Finance whilst being part of a large group of like-minded professionals across Australia.You will:

• Make project accounting recommendations throughout the Project Lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets and investigate any variances.
• Interpret financial information to support project management and commercial decisions.
• Champion data integrity and ensure accurate financial information is recorded in the ERP.
• Assist with subcontractor engagements.
• Prepare and submit invoices to clients.
• Manage multiple projects of varying values at any given time.
• Attend project-related meetings to inform the team regarding the status of project financials.
• Articulating problem projects and following up on any identified actions as discussed

• Ideally have previous experience working in the Project Finance administration space, in an engineering consulting environment.
• Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and pick up new tasks quickly.
