The Role:
We are currently seeking additional administrators to join our team with Financial Planning Administrative experience preferred.
The duties within this role include but are not limited to:
- Point of contact for existing clients, providing courteous, empathetic and professional interactions
- Preparation of documentation (Statement of Advice preparation and implementation)
- Managing a wide variety of tasks
- Maintaining professional standards (compliance)
- Maintaining & updating client records
- Capability of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
About you:
- High level ability across Microsoft Office and preferably Xplan
- Strong Administrative skills
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator/Assistant would be highly regarded.
- Flexible and adaptable work ethic
The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on excellent client outcomes.
This is a full-time position with an ability to earn more than the average income plus career progression and training.
