To cope with the demand, they're keen to appoint a broadly skilled Architect with strong Revit capabilities and past exposure to projects in the $40M-$100M range. Exceptional communication skills and an ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve all project objectives will be the cornerstone to your success!
Key Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of postgraduate Architectural experience
- Medium density residential apartment and commercial project background
- Highly proficient on Revit
- Capable of leading a small team of 3-4 people
- Strong design, consultant coordination and team leadership skills
- Outstanding technical knowledge to manage documentation and construction stages
