This role will suit an experienced Project or PMO Manager who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in facilities or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes.
You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Apply specialist knowledge for the design, implementation, and delivery of the Maintenance Delivery Transformation in line with the strategic objectives and plans of Homes Victoria and the governance, cost estimation and scheduling requirements of the Department of Treasury and Finance Investment Lifecycle Framework and within the HV Project Management Framework
2. Effectively manage and provide leadership to the Maintenance Delivery Transformation Team by:
a) leading and supporting individuals to achieve their potential and contribution to organisational goals and outcome.
b) modelling behaviours integral to good people management and departmental values
c) where relevant, managing and monitoring specific improvement objectives in annual improvement plans relating to the area of responsibility
3. Manage on behalf of the program, the program risk register, benchmarking, scheduling, systems and document controls with robust processes and controls embedded along its lifecycle.
