Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate at Ecosaver Australia, located in Melbourne, VIC.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of lighting upgrade projects from creation to completion.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in project management or operations in energy upgrade industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling installations, arranging deliveries, and managing resources to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to procure materials and services needed for projects, negotiating terms and managing relationships.
- Support field operations by providing on-site assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports, documenting procedures, and maintaining project documentation.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the VEU or lighting industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of lighting systems and VEU energy efficiency principles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have full-time working rights. No student visa holders please.
