The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that Tambla’s leading-edge projects meet the highest quality standards, within scope, budget and time.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be working with, and learning from, a highly engaged professional who combines strong commercial acumen with diverse business management.
Your Duties will include:
Project Delivery and Transition to Support
- Tailoring project methodology to individual projects
- Time & cost management
- Quality, risk and issues management
- Communications and Integrations management
- Transition project & support services from customers’ to Tambla
- Transition new projects into support
- Stakeholder management with external clients and internal team
- Promote opportunities for extending the Tambla revenue stream
- Assist in preparation of high-quality bids, proposals, and tenders.
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with experience in delivering projects, ideally within a vendor environment working at a medium to large scale. If you have experience working in a complex payroll and/or HCM environment with a focus on workforce management implementation we would love to hear from you!
You will have a high level of experience in a customer facing environment and have a consultative mindset and be that trusted adviser that doesn’t always say yes.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years experience as a PM managing internal & external stakeholders on $250k + projects
- Hands on experience implementation projects within the Workforce Management/SAP/Payroll/Human Capital Management space
- Prince 2 Practitioner or PMI PMP certified - desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration and time-management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to manage stakeholders and foster great client relationships
