Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to drive project success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects around the $10 million value mark.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools inlcuding Procore
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CM) are a plus.
