About the role
Working on a 8:6 roster ex Perth, the Project Manager for an integral silo remediation project is responsible for the daily oversight of project operations, including resource management, plan development, and quality assurance. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the management systems and strategic direction of the project, leading the team in establishing standards, processes, and plans.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordination of performance analysis and reporting will be essential, with a focus on implementing strategies for enhanced project outputs.
- Ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged, emphasizing adherence to budgetary constraints and contractual obligations.
- Provide critical leadership in maintaining project performance and achieving successful remediation outcomes.
- Ensure appropriate project focus and allocation of resources to achieve forecasts.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on any issues that may impact on schedule, budget or other areas of the project or operation.
About you
- Construction experience including construction planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, with experience in asset owner/stakeholder engagement.
- You will have a communication style that is adaptable from dealing with technical through to presenting information to asset owners/stakeholder.
- A degree in engineering or construction management.
