This thriving construction company specialises in commercial, industrial, and retail projects, covering fit-outs, refurbishments, deconstructions, and maintenance throughout SEQ. With ongoing expansion, they're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join them as they continue to expand.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Effectively lead and manage the project team in the facilitation of multiple projects and associated administration from concept to hand-over ensuring the desired outcomes, while meeting contract deliverables and client expectations.
- Ensure project quality, cost, safety and time frames by ensuring accurate preparation and implementation of all relevant tasks are carried out in accordance with company requirements.
- Effectively manage scheduling and programming to ensure that the projects remain on time and on budget
- Responsible for the day to day decision making regarding program logistics and site activities.
- Carry out detailed cost and program reviews to ensure all deliverables.
- Effectively manage Site Managers and Supervisors
- Provide progress reports to Director
- Previous experience managing projects ranging from $250k - $5.5m within both public and private sectors
- Previous experience overseeing projects from tendering through to delivering the job and handover
- Must have strong documentation, communication and administration skills
- Must be IT Savvy
- Generous salary ranging from $110,000 - $150,000 plus super plus company vehicle
