Mobility Aids Australia (MAA) Customer Support Centre provides a range of customisable mobility aids covering a wide range of client requirements. Products include wheelchairs, walking frames and adjustable beds. Our team at Springvale is growing, and we are adding ProductSupport Specialist to assist our clients.

- Process showroom customer sales orders using Green Tree in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Follow up on sales leads (especially those personally generated from showroom activity) using the prescribed process to ensure maximum closure rates.
- Support the MAA product hire business through the execution of hire agreements and the in/outwards flow of hire goods.
- Establish and build rapport with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Escalate to the Senior PSS as necessary.
- Complete administrative tasks to deliver excellence in customer service delivery. e.g., invoicing, email communications, maintaining client records and product information preparation.
- Have a duty to take care for their own health and safety and of others affected by their actions or inactions at work.
- Comply with safety procedures and practices that have been put in place by Independence Australia to minimise the risk of injury to workers, contractors, customers, volunteers, and visitors.
- Solid retail and face to face customer service experience.
- Experience with mobility aids and products is desirable.
- Exceptional computer and administration skills

- Current police check.
