Mobility Aids Australia (MAA) Customer Support Centre provides a range of customisable mobility aids covering a wide range of client requirements. Products include wheelchairs, walking frames and adjustable beds. Our team at Springvale is growing, and we are adding ProductSupport Specialist to assist our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Process showroom customer sales orders using Green Tree in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Follow up on sales leads (especially those personally generated from showroom activity) using the prescribed process to ensure maximum closure rates.
  • Support the MAA product hire business through the execution of hire agreements and the in/outwards flow of hire goods.
  • Establish and build rapport with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Escalate to the Senior PSS as necessary.
  • Complete administrative tasks to deliver excellence in customer service delivery. e.g., invoicing, email communications, maintaining client records and product information preparation.
  • Have a duty to take care for their own health and safety and of others affected by their actions or inactions at work.
  • Comply with safety procedures and practices that have been put in place by Independence Australia to minimise the risk of injury to workers, contractors, customers, volunteers, and visitors.
The successful applicant will possess the following.
  • Solid retail and face to face customer service experience.
  • Experience with mobility aids and products is desirable.
  • Exceptional computer and administration skills
  • 2 professional references.
  • Current police check.
  • Evidence of Citizenship or full working rights.
    100 points of ID.
  • Full Pre-Employment Medical
