• Salary: $106,512 - $115,137 p.a. (Pro Rata) ASO7 | Full Time, Until end of February 2025

The SALHN Project Management Office (PMO) leads and managers Projects, Programs and Portfolios of work that supports the delivery of the SALHN Strategy.
About the Role:
As the Project Manager, your duties may include:

• Planning, scoping and co-ordinating the design, conduct and management of complex projects as required.
• Development of project briefs, project plans, and recommendations in relation to appropriate project/program milestones.
• Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workgroups related to key strategies and projects.
• Contribute to change management processes relevant to project/program development and facilitating completion of impact assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Significant experience in a range of project work involving both teamwork and individual effort.
• Experience in managing projects according to project management methodology.
• The ability to contribute to the achievement of effective outcomes as a member of a team particularly through periods of change.
• Experience in a range of complex project and policy development work, ideally in the health care sector.
