Project Manager

Recruitment vision is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for an amazing opportunity with a market leading national flooring organisation.
This exciting opportunity has come about from consistent and continued business growth from a market leading organisation who prides itself on service and attention to detail whilst working closely with developers, builders, suppliers and end user clients on commercial projects.
The Role (but not limited too)

• Manage the project estimation process from project identification to contract is awarded.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen ongoing communications with current clients and stakeholders.
• Co-ordinating operations across multiple contracted jobs ensuring best practice standards and performance by all staff and subcontractors.
• Review and improve project operational performance and develop processes and systems which facilitate and responsibility of project management
• Assist in developing and maintaining individual project budgets and ensure on time and on budget contract completion

What you will bring to the role

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial flooring installation operations. (Highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of project management principles including quote and tender management in the construction field
• Policies and procedures implementation and management experience
• Strong skill set in new business development and business development marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills for communicating with prospective and current clients
• High analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skillset.
• Excellent communication and computer skills including experience with computer programs for reporting, quoting and communications
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment which includes managing subcontractor(s)
• Willingness to work project required hours in a management rotation (this can be nights and/or weekends) (Agreed balance of hours/days/weekends off in recognition).
• Willingness for interstate travel where required for individual projects
