The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, focusing on large-scale learning environment spaces, including new school builds and stadium seating installations. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, contract management, and stakeholder communication.
This role requires a blend of project management expertise, contract negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of construction project requirements. It’s a hands-on role that demands strong technical knowledge, decision making and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely and efficient completion with high customer satisfaction.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Technical Expertise: Understand Australian standards and ensure installation meets these requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for all stakeholders internal and external, providing regular updates.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate necessary resources for projects.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards.
