Overview of the role:
The job holder is responsible for a critical role in overseeing the delivery of our strategic roadmap and managing all work streams to ensure the successful implementation of our initiatives. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project execution and achieve business objectives.
What you will do:
- Strategic Roadmap Delivery: Lead the implementation of our strategic roadmap by developing and executing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop work breakdown structures, identify critical milestones, and establish project schedules. Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely completion of all initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate project activities, gather inputs, and ensure alignment across departments. Foster effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders, establish relationships, and manage their expectations. Provide regular project updates, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including progress updates, key milestones achieved, risks, and issues. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project evaluations.
