Our client has a program that is focused on Application Lifecycle Management and the consolidation of system capabilities into Enterprise Platforms. Working closely with the Customer Engagement teams, they are looking for a Project Manage to provide essential support for the delivery of multiple small and concurrent initiatives including:Design and Rollout of Microsoft PowerPlatform SolutionsSaaS Software Evaluation, Procurement and RolloutApplication upgrades (business, non-critical systems)Rollout of new applications to existing users (Office365, OneDrive etc).Solution design for other major Programs of WorkWe are looking for someone with 2-8 years of Project Management experience. Our client offer a hybrid working model and are very flexible and supportive of individual requirementsFree on-site parking in their northside officesResponsibilities:Create and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, plans and reports, ensuring standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycleMaintain (in conjunction with the Project Manager) project schedules including: resource allocation, completion percentages, baselining and updated forecasts and cross dependenciesPrepare documentation as per the Program & Project Delivery Framework including, closure reports, go-live notices, acceptance certificates, and other documentation as requiredUndertake and complete procurement activities for required products and technical resource services as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions across the organisation.Establish and maintain positive ongoing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, Program team, external consultants and vendors.Records management and administrative support to maintain effective program governanceUpdate resource and financial forecastsManage the data associated with resource reporting to ensure accuracy of all resource reports and the checking of timesheets against cost codes and statement of work utilisationPlan and organise project meetings, workshops and eventsCoordination of activities, tasks directly with various teams as required - as well some direct management of projects, depending on experience and aptitudeAbout you:A good understanding of the end-to-end management of ICT programs/projects/work packages. Experience delivering ICT projects/work packages is advantageous.Experience supporting/delivering application/software projects.Willingness and commitment to developing project management skills towards delivering projects/work packages independently.Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to learn and adapt styles and techniques to accommodate varying tasks, situations, and individuals.Ability to rapidly build rapport with key stakeholders with a focus on clear communication and timely issue resolution.A demonstrated understanding of Project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.Project Management certifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP, PMI) is advantageous.Formal IT education/certifications is advantageous but not mandatory.Experience working in medium to large businesses.
