The Role
This role is responsible for managing projects within our Services Delivery team. Working closely with the customers, consultants and internal teams to scope, manage and mitigate risks and meet milestones.
Responsibilities:
Client Satisfaction/Management
Work with Managing Consultants to ensure correct and qualified Allocate and RLDatix resources are assigned to the Customers Project(s)
Attend and contribute to the regular Project Meetings as project lead
Ensure the assigned Allocate and RLDatix project team is fully briefed on project scope and delivers the project on time and to agreed budgets
Listen to issues raised by the Customer and take corrective, effective actions and escalations as appropriate
Project Management
Accurate setup and resource allocation in the professional services administration system
Monitoring of time spent against budget and timely identification of Change Requests when existing scope and budget is likely to be exceeded
Identification and escalation of project issues as appropriate
Protection of company IP and collection of IP built on customer projects
Project Status report ownership
Conduct post implementation reviews
Project Profitability & Commercial Management
Ensure the project conforms to the agreed duration, Daily Rates and Margin %
Ensure all the required contractual documents (Professional Services Agreements, Engagement Authorisations) are signed and in place prior to commencing project delivery
Ensure the implementation methodology is adhered to
Review and approve/reject all Time and Expenses for the projects in a timely manner
Ensure incurred expenses are re-billed to client in accordance with the Professional Services Agreement Terms & Condition

Financial - a full understanding and previous experience of managing project profitability
Cross Team Working - successfully works with the wider team (Sales, Product, R&D, Support and Customer Success)
Influence - The ability to influence stakeholders where required to ensure successful delivery of project
Analytical thinking and Problem- Solving Skills - Must have an analytical mindset and approach to problems and issues
Resilient - Must be able to cope effectively with unexpected events that may occur within projects both internally and client facing, to bounce back and ensure that successful outcomes are reached
Experience:
Experience of managing software migration projects
Budgeting and cost management
Excellent Communication and information management skills
Extensive programme stakeholder management experience
A strong understanding of risk and issues management processes
Experience of working in conjunction with Sales Account Managers
Well presented
Package Software Implementation experience
At least 3 years Project Management experience
Highly competent in the use of Project Business Tools (including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject, Smartsheet)
Experience implementing Workforce Management or Patient Safety/Risk Projects
