The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our VIC Tertiary division team who has managed projects up to $1 Million in Australia and is ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of the projects they are accountable for.
The Project Manager role involves managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
ABOUT YOU
You have completed a Construction or Project Management degree (or similar) and can list multiple projects which you have managed over the last 3 to 4 years that are up to the value of $1 Million. You are passionate about delivering quality projects and client satisfaction, whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail. You like to have fun and are looking for a company that offers a work-life balance, stability, and career progression.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following;
- A degree in Construction or Project Management (or similar)
- Trade background (desirable)
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager preferably with experience in one or more of our specialised areas; Government, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Healthcare or Education sectors
- Experience administering Construction Projects
- Delivered projects up to the value of 1 Million
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Current Drivers Licence
