Project Manager & Contracts Administrator | Leading Builder Developer

Leading Builder Developer seeking for a Project Manager & Junior PM to deliver on a $60M new-build residential apartment projects.

The Organisation have fostered a close-knit family culture who are committed to securing and delivering low to mid rise apartment projects.
THE ROLE:
Due to newly approved DA's, we are seeking to appoint a Project Manager & Junior Project Manager (Contracts Administrator) on a permanent basis overseeing projects of up to $60M.
The opportunity will allow the Project Manager & Junior Project Manager OR Contracts Administrator to lead the delivery team in the successful delivery on new-build commercial projects .
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish project’s master programme
• Client liaison and management
• Financial management of project, including; budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Head contract and subcontract administration
• Lead and coach project team members and succession planning
• Health, safety and quality management

YOU:

• Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Construction OR Project Management
• Strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Head Contractor
• Experience working on new-build and low to high-rise residential apartment experience
• MUST HAVE FULL Australian Work Rights & Local Experience
• Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
