- Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
- Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
- Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
- Managing project safety and environmental requirements
- Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
- Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
- Chairing project/site meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
- Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
- Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery.
- Integrating OFCI vendor scope as part of overall project delivery.
- Managing delivery of equipment in line with agreed ROJ delivery dates. Integrating OFCI program with overall master program in conjunction DCD delivery team.
- Supply Chain Management: Facilitating project level OFCI vendor oversight and performance management
- Contract Services: Responsibility for project specific RFP & Contracting Processes. Maintaining a diversified supply chain, mitigating supplier capacity and schedule risks. Performing supplier sourcing, prequalification, bid list process for new suppliers. Onboarding new Regional/Site suppliers. Critically appraising contracts documents to ensure requisite quality of the package prior to RFP / Contract. Managing contractual exceptions process in consultation with Legal if required.
- Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents. Preparing Change Management decks for OFCI vendors for processing as part of all Change Orders.
