ABOUT THE ROLE
Form part of a high performing project team managing a program or schools projects from start to finish. You will support the Senior Project Managers and take ownership of the design, procurement, contract administration and Delivery whilst forming part of a high performing collaborative team.
DUTIES
- Collaborate with a high performing project team
- Manage the day to day of a program of Education Projects
- Deliver in line with milestones
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Property related discipline
- Design management, approvals and DA experience is essential
- New build construction project experience is desirable
- Education project experience is essential
- Experience in Design Management, Tender and Contracts Administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
