As the Project Manager, Electrical you will be a pivotal member of the team and will be responsible for the delivery of key projects including:-
- Effective management of assigned projects with a particular focus on stakeholder and customer engagement, scope, documentation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Monitoring progress, and performance and providing regular and accurate status reports
- Work effectively within project teams to ensure the expected outcomes for clients and key stakeholders are met, and delivered on time, and within budget.
- Actively participate in and contribute to, the ongoing improvement of the Engineering Department’s professional services and systems.
- Be uncompromising concerning health and safety
With experience in the electrical engineering industry, you will be able to demonstrate your project management experience, with working knowledge of using power systems analysis tools, and be able to demonstrate experience in High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), Motor Control Center (MMC) and Power Control Center (PCC), with a working knowledge of network connection and access rules and regulations.
Knowledge and experience of SCADA is highly desirable.
Qualifications
An Electrical Engineering qualification is essential, together with a certification in Project Management or extensive experience in Project Management with a demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development will be highly regarded.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is preferred.
Desirable
Ability to acquire an MSIC card.
