The Opportunity
As a result of continued segment growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the DC RAC, Pacific team in Melbourne!
As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Secure Power team. Your responsibility will be to drive digital transformation for our customers, ensuring the high availability and resilience of their critical networks, systems, and processes. You'll be a key player in shaping a secure and reliable future for our clients.
We are responsible for the delivery of a variety of size projects from small single-project deliveries to complex multi-solution technical packages with high levels of system integration in a portfolio worth more than $10M.
Our customers are as diverse as our projects from existing to new data centres, prefabricated data centres together with commercial, infrastructure and healthcare sites.

Responsibilities
- Managing project teams using both internal and external resources to deliver One Schneider solutions to our customers
- Maintain and build a professional relationship and ensure a customer-centric focus when completing activities
- Facilitate communication channels and reporting to ensure that stakeholders have input to, and are kept up to date, on relevant activities and decisions
- Optimise the execution of projects and facilitate consistent, high-quality quality and margin delivery of projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently high
- Ensure all projects have formal completion with Client through Practical and Final Completion Certificates
Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience required, preferably in the Data Centre, Switchgear and/or UPS industries
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision within a matrix environment
- Experience delivering large high-profile projects with successful outcomes
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with senior management and sub-contractors
- Possess excellent financial acumen with strong abilities in reporting and forecasting
- Ability to build a team quickly to drive the project to completion
- PMP certification is a plus
