Position & Responsibilities
In the role of the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning, managing, reporting and delivering security/IT infrastructure projects on time and on budget.
- Management of the delivery team (technical, design and solutions), including subcontractors
- Accurate forecasting of project revenue and cost expenditure
- Manage all project timelines and quality
- Provide project governance, planning and reporting from end to end.
- Implement project reporting and alert senior stakeholders of any risk or potential impediments, as well as providing solutions to mitigate risk
- Manage expectations of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following skills and experience;
- Minimum 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager in Electronic Security
- Excellent communication, negotiation & customer relations skills
- High level problem solving skills.
- Proven and demonstrated experience developing project programs
- Forecasting and cost control experience
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage their expectations from the start of a project through to handover.
The Offer
An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $110,000 - $130,000, plus Superannuation and a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle or Car Allowance.
