The opportunity
Are you a talented Project Manager who thrives in navigating the world of cybersecurity, then this new role may be for you!
This role will see you shaping the future of our Enterprise Security strategic program of work and drive business outcomes in collaboration with technical, business and Information Technology (IT), and Operational Technology (OT) Leadership teams.
Working behind the scenes, you will play a critical role to deliver Security Solutions to meet regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, the uplift of operational and risk management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of Enterprise security project streams, ensuring alignment to program goals, in accordance with GWW's Project Management Methodology.
- Organise and plan the project budget, schedule, risks, issues, and resourcing requirements, and conduct project delivery related forums/workshops to communicate project scope, outcomes, delivery method, timelines, and change.
- Guide Business Analysts to ensure technical and business requirements are captured accurately and signed off.
- Steer the project working group meetings and ensure projects are tracking to schedule and budget.
- Conduit between the business, construction team, technical experts and architects, IT, OT leadership team and a range of internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end project deliverables.
Skills & Experience
- Essential PMP & Agile certified and bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
- Extensive project management across complex Enterprise Security projects.
- In-depth expertise of Cyber Security principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Exceptional skills around budget, time management and reporting.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate processes and information, both verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of ITIL and change management principles.
- Confident analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
