About The Role
We have an 18 month fixed term opportunity within our ePMO team for a Project Manager to support the execution of priority projects across the Scope Group. You will be responsible for managing and delivering projects, including enterprise-wide focused projects.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing project timelines, tracking progress against milestones and ensuring that projects are completed on time.
- Ensuring that project management methodologies, tools, and templates are consistent with organisational standards.
- Managing project risks and issues, identifying potential problems and developing contingency plans to mitigate.
- Determining and managing governance and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports.
Position Description
About You
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and experience delivering Enterprise wide projects and working across functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience working across a mix of IT and non IT projects.
- Health, disability or aged care sector experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to present reports and findings in a cogent way.
- Working understanding of different project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile), test management. PMBOK / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with ePMO team, project stakeholders, managers and scope staff.
