The successful Project Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities. Working as part of a team that delivers quality repairs and exceeds Customer expectations.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Conducting onsite assessments of insured properties to scope damages and determine policy coverage.
- Create detailed and accurate assessment reports.
- Create detailed repair estimating and quoting.
- Managing repairs and contractors.
- Liaising with Customers, Building Professionals and Insurance Assessors.
- Provide technical expertise on claim repairs.
To be successful in the position the following attributes are desirable:
- A Building Trade Certificate or knowledge in Building / Electrical and Plumbing.
- Previous experience in the Insurance Industry is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with In4mo software solutions, ENData and Prime Ecosystem also is preferred but not essential.
- A high level of attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and manage trade or Customer conflict.
- Exceptional Customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An eye for detail and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Current driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within the state and work flexible hours.
The full-time position is based in our Launceston office and will include Salary (negotiated on experience), Vehicle / Allowance, Fuel Card, Phone and Parking.
