Project Manager - High-End Developer/Builder

TRG is currently supporting a leading private Property Developer/Builder in Brisbane as they seek an ambitious and dynamic Project Manager. With a flurry of activity in acquisitions and ongoing projects, this agile team is seeking to expand its talent pool. Specialising in luxury residential town-homes and multi-storey developments across South-East Queensland, this role offers an ideal opportunity for someone eager to take charge of projects, strategy, and contribute to the group's future growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting for the project.
• Drafting the construction program and overseeing the hands-on management of project execution.
• Providing the client with sound technical knowledge and demonstrating commercial awareness.
• Utilising high-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ensuring adherence to strict health and safety standards on-site.
• Taking a leadership role within a dynamic company that has achieved sustained growth across the Brisbane construction/ development industry.

Your Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in Residential projects as a principal contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering).
• Previous involvement in multi-storey/town-home residential projects.
• Experience managing projects valued up to $30M.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele.
• Proficiency in project management software and comprehensive knowledge of high-end construction.
• Must have prior experience working in Australia.
