About the Role:
JBS is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join the Group People & Culture team for 7 months. Reporting to the Group Manager – HRIS, this role will be primarily responsible for developing a project management structure and managing a portfolio of high priority projects.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Project managing multiple key People and Culture national projects
- Developing clear project plans and leading the teams to deliver
- Monitoring progress and tracking roadblocks
- Ensuring standard project activities are in place and maintained e.g. steering committees, project plan, risk register etc.
- Engaging and communicating to C-suite key stakeholders
- Developing and tracking budget allocations
- Produce reports for audiences ranging from frontline supervisors to C-Suite executives.
About you:
- Experience in managing a portfolio of projects
- Experience a key project methodology preferably Prince2 Agile.
- Experience in managing time and attendance technology implementations projects (Kronos Workforce Central, SAP Payroll)
- Familiar with HR processes, Time & Attendance and Payroll
- Familiar with project management platforms preferred ClickUp or Monday.com
- Experience in change management
- Drive to develop structured processes and documentation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong writer
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and ask questions as needed
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders.
