About the role
The Project Manager will oversee EA's cyber security, privacy, and Information Governance initiatives, ensuring the organization develops functional capability and mitigates business risks in a structured and transparent manner. This includes planning, designing, and executing a comprehensive program covering various aspects such as technology, practices, policies, organizational strategy, and behavioural elements to enhance functional and risk maturity.
This is a 12 months fixed term contract. The preferred location for this role is Melbourne.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Scoping, codesigning (with business SMEs) and planning Information Governance projects including Privacy and Digital Uplift.
- Developing project business cases for executive approval.
- Project reporting
- Project benefits realisation tracking.
- Project budgeting and financial tracking
- Project risk and issues management and resolution.
- Project stakeholder engagement, and aspects of change management and communications.
- Vendor management
- Creation and management of project control artefacts – Project Plan, Project Schedule, Project report, Project Risk and Issue register, Business Case, Go / No Go decisions, Project Closure / PIR, Vendor assessment, Change Approval.

We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Possess relevant formal qualifications in Project Management.
- Demonstrate mastery of Project Management methods, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Exhibit expertise in shaping project scope and design through business discovery and stakeholder engagement.
- Showcase proficiency in identifying, tracking, and resolving risks and issues.
- Excel in collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
- Have experience with Agile systems like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Monday.com, and in vendor engagement and management for both technical and non-technical services.
