Project Manager

We have an opportunity for an IT focused Project Manager to join our Projects team. You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. You will interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders and deliver business-orientated outcomes on time and within budget.
The Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Controlling project budget spend and escalating changes through required channels
- Conducting project reviews and delivering detailed progress reports
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders
- Continuously optimising and improving processes
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of IT systems and concepts and any experience working in a warehouse/distribution setting would be advantageous.
- You will be a big picture thinker and will be able to see where projects fit within the IT landscape, and how projects will assist us in achieving overall business objectives.
- You will have a tertiary qualification in IT or Business and have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager.
- You will have a highly structured mind-set, driven by an eye for detail and quality, and will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) are highly desired but not essential.
