What You Will Do in Your First Year:

• Successfully complete a 12-week training program covering Hybrid, Onsite, and Virtual solutions.
• Participate in a Mentoring program with an experienced Project Manager in the APAC region.
• Shadow an in person event with another member of the APAC team, gaining hands-on experience.
• Manage standard printing projects for Onsite events and Virtual 
• Have a member of the APAC team shadow you at one your events, demonstrating your expertise.
• Engage with the wider team, embracing the company culture.

What You Can Do For Them:

• Serve as a customer point of contact, managing planning and Day Of aspects for events.
• Consult with customers on leveraging Virtual and Onsite Solutions functionality.
• Liaise between vendors and customers for event materials.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure customer success at events.
• Manage concurrent projects, improving internal processes.
• Identify product improvements aligned with client needs.
• Configure event technology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the Day Of implementation team.
• Collaborate with Finance on project costs.

Ideals, But Not Deal Breakers:

• 3+ years experience in Event Management.
• Audio Visual and Production experience .
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Team management abilities and basic networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce.com or similar software.
• Proven track record in event planning, project management, or customer success.
