YOUR BIG OPPORTUNITY

You’ll lead client onboarding and Machinery Installation, ensuring a seamless process and high satisfaction. You'll oversee installations, coordinate technicians for complex issues, and manage project timelines. Prepared to travel for on-site support, you'll ensure the successful completion of each project, working with a team dedicated to excellence in high-tech Machinery Installations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Client Onboarding & Support: Spearhead the smooth onboarding of clients and the installation of their machinery, establishing strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Installation Oversight: Collaborate closely with clients and your installation team to ensure precise machinery setup.
- Technician Coordination: Strategically organise technicians to address complex machinery issues, optimising project efficiency.
- CRM Proficiency: Leverage HubSpot/CRM expertise to effectively manage project timelines and maintain up-to-date statuses.
- On-Site Support: Be prepared for travel to client locations to assist with hands-on installations.
- Project Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire project installation pipeline, guaranteeing successful project completion and client satisfaction.
ABOUT YOU
You're the go-to Project Manager with a knack for handling high-value project management and purchasing, thriving in both solo and team settings. Your deep technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, combined with your excellence in client relations and professional conduct, sets you apart.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
- Project Management & Purchasing: Proven track record in a similar role project management role, with experience in overseeing projects.
- High Value Assets: Proven experience managing the purchase and installation of high-value assets.
- Independence & Teamwork: Capable of autonomous work while excelling in team collaboration and stakeholder engagement for successful project outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment components.
- Client Relations: Experienced in managing client relationships and maintaining a customer base.
- Professionalism: Consistently professional in presentation and communication, valuing your employer's reputation.
- Organisational Skills: Adept at managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and team dynamics.
- CRM Expertise: Skilled in managing customer data and projects using CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee installation projects.

Desirable:
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management qualification would be a plus.
