About This Role
As a Project Manager within the Major Projects Team at In Vitro, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of concepts, designs, implementations, and ongoing service support pertaining to In Vitro supplied equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Being a Major Project Manager will enable you to coordinate your own small team, affect change, and develop fundamental relationships with pivotal national stakeholders.
You will have the ability to problem solve and guide commercial partnerships towards continuous improvement with the assistance of the wider In Vitro team. A motivation and willingness to strive towards meeting key SLA’s and fostering positive outcomes is essential.
This position is permanent, full-time, operating Monday to Friday. Some travel is involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and assessment of project pipeline and new project leads, working in conjunction with Territory and Regional management.
- Development of project plans for each project, identifying gates, costs, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate Major Projects design inputs such as customer site measurements, utilities placement at site, customer liaison, builder liaison.
- Identify areas for potential process improvement and develop appropriate implementation plans and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with Technical Services to transition design elements and ideas into tangible on-site applications/elements
- Manage tender submissions in conjunction with the National Tenders & Contracts Manager
- Manage and promote the successful interaction and partnership of our Sales Teams & Projects Teams
- Administration of all tender responses for Major Projects across the In Vitro business
About You
- Suitable/relevant trade experience or a degree in Engineering/Science highly valued
- Demonstrated medical industry experience of a similar nature
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in the use of CAD software
- A keen relationship builder with the ability to ‘wear multiple hats’
- Professionalism and passion towards management, improvement, and implementation
- An understanding of the In Vitro product suite
- A tenacity and willingness to drive positive change and continue our ongoing growth initiatives
