Form of workFyfe’s Energy and Resources Group works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist mining, hydrogen and renewable energy, oil and gas projects across the country. These include mining process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas above ground processing facilities, as well as maintenance and construction related work programs.
The Opportunity:
Our Mining Infrastructure & Delivery team provides a range of engineering design and project management services to mining and industrial clients around Australia. The need for an experienced Project Manager has resulted in a vacancy withindue to growth in our growing Adelaide office.
- Manage major projects through concept, feasibility, FEED and detailed designthe full spectrum of the project life cycle while delivering on time and to budget.
- Project Management including Risk, Governance and Design Management.
- Embedding Project Controls, Contracts Administration, Construction Management and Cost Planning into Projects systems and processes.
- Taking Pursuit and/or Proposal Manager roles as required on proposals to lead and influence the success to internal and external clients.
- Partnering with client facing representatives across FYFE to ensure full implementation of market and client strategies, creating high levels of client service and opportunity.
- Unleash your strategic capability in fostering client relationships and driving dynamic business growth
- Envision a leadership path to inspire and develop a multi-disciplinary team
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment that champions innovation and adaptability.
What we will love about you:
- Experience in the resource sector
- Existing relationships in the resource sector
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification and relevant technical, commercial experience and demonstrated leadership.
- Demonstrated design experience in either design (we are open to those wanting to move into Project Management) or Project Management delivering on the full life cycle on Resources / Mining projects.
- Previous site experience would be advantageous.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Projects
- High energy and a passion for business development and a desire to help shape and grow our agile organisation
