About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Minor Works, Project Manager who wants to join a supportive company that drives safety, quality and building strong relationships with clients and subbies, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it.
- Prior experience in a Project Manager or similar position.
- Experience in delivering successful outcomes from negotiations with external and internal stakeholders.
- Significant experience across commercial construction projects.
- Experience liaising with developers, suppliers and clients.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of building codes.
- Prior experience in a leadership role with proven capability of successfully managing a team.
- This position will suit a relationship focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
