Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a consolidated program that efficiently manages all projects within the Project Management Office.
- Utilise advanced programming techniques to create effective reporting outputs, enhancing scheduling accuracy.
- Establish robust monthly reporting structures for multiple project portfolios, including resource allocations and key performance indicators.
- Design and implement standardised templates for program-level reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Establish accurate program baselines capturing scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
- Implement change control procedures to manage deviations from the baseline effectively.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (P6, MS Project) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in using dash boarding tools like Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable.
- Strong analytic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and data analysis skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in project portfolio management, change management, risk management, and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration, align transformation efforts, and apply critical thinking in decision-making.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups.
