Project Manager

Our client, a prominent public sector organisation, is actively seeking to expand its team with individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving meaningful change. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a consolidated program that efficiently manages all projects within the Project Management Office.
• Utilise advanced programming techniques to create effective reporting outputs, enhancing scheduling accuracy.
• Establish robust monthly reporting structures for multiple project portfolios, including resource allocations and key performance indicators.
• Design and implement standardised templates for program-level reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Establish accurate program baselines capturing scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Implement change control procedures to manage deviations from the baseline effectively.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (P6, MS Project) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in using dash boarding tools like Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable.
• Strong analytic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and data analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in project portfolio management, change management, risk management, and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration, align transformation efforts, and apply critical thinking in decision-making.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups.
