THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR are in the process of an exciting OT transformation, and we are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery across 17 of our key production sites. This opportunity is a Fixed Term contract for 24months based at North Ryde.
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations this is a fantastic opportunity for an OT Project Manager to lead a large complex cross functional project engaging with multiple senior stakeholders.
About the role:
- Primarily accountable for the full delivery of CSR's OT (Operational Technology) Transformation project, on time and on budget.
- Manage the workload of dedicated project team members to ensure that they are fully allocated to prioritised workstreams.
- Facilitate, engage & collaborate with stakeholders to consistently drive progress & resolve issues across all involved functions and/or workstreams.
- Identify and adhere to the appropriate governance structure to deliver the project in line with the CSR PM governance framework.
- Review existing project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs and milestones) and revise where necessary to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.
- Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks / opportunities of the project against plan.
- Provide monthly updates to the OT Transformation Steering Committee.
- Develop a detailed budget and plan for the next phases of the project.
About you:
- Undergraduate Degree in IT, Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years proven ability to successfully deliver similar multi-million-dollar projects to an agreed scope, on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a project team.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including Executive/C level management.
