About the Job
As our Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial overseeing our project from FEED to Execution Phase (EP, EPCm, EPsCm).
Reporting project performance to the relevant Business Line, the Senior Project Manager will provide clear leadership and coordinate all aspects of the project management of Engineering, Procurement, Subcontract, Vendors, Construction & Commissioning. The Project Senior Manager will be fully accountable for the overall project performance including Safety, Quality, Cost, Progress against schedule, and reporting to all stakeholder (including internal reviews to provide a transparent assessment of critical performances).
Summary:
- Safety driven, ensuring all members carry out their duties in a safe manner according to our Health & Safety policy at all times.
- High level experience in delivering EPC projects up to $250M (onshore) to run the contract from handover to close out.
- Implementing high level strategies around profitability, overhead minimisation, positive cashflows, improved financial ratios and effective resource planning.
- Build strong and meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring everyone are going towards the same vision.
- Be commercially minded with genuine curiosity of end to end project life cycle and understanding the potential bottlenecks that might arise.
- Authority over approval of all project related budget, cost, revenues.
- Experience in (onshore) Construction & Commissioning is a must
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (various Operating Centers, Business Lines, Local management and Clients)
- May be required to support the tendering team to bid and win strategic prospects by developing robust, risk adverse execution plans & strategies.

About You
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (ideally Mechanical, Civil or Structural or equivalent).
- 15-20 years experience with Engineering, Procurement and Construction model.
- High level of interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrable experience working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
- Team player with a positive mindset and 'can-do' attitude
