Foundation Recruitment has been engaged to work with a newly established company seeking their next Project Manager to deliver construction works across the government and private sectors.Our client delivers high-end refurbishment and fit-out projects across Darwin and into Katherine, with a focus across projects from$500K-$15M, the successful applicant will commence working on commercial projects across predominantly government and some private sectors.
Key Skills Required
- At least 3 years experience in commercial construction projects preferably across highly compliant sectors
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Strong emphasis on good people management
- Natural ability to build rapport and schedule ahead to ensure maximum efficiency
- Produce quality work within given timelines
- Relevant Trade qualification
- Current drivers licence + Australian citizen
