AddressAirport Development Group (ADG) owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory including airports, hotels, aviation, and commercial buildings. Investing, developing, and managing long term infrastructure to grow the Territory and Northern Australia.
As a Project Manager within our Major Projects Team, you will be responsible in the development and delivery of ADG Capital works projects. Working across multiple internal and external stakeholders you will ensure projects are managed in line with business, operational and safety procedures whilst maintain accurate record keeping of drawings, contract documentation and related project correspondence.
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager to join our fast-paced team. You'll oversee the development and delivery of civil and building infrastructure projects at our airports. As Project Manager, you will:
- Take responsibility for allocated capital works projects
- Ensure delivery aligns with internal frameworks and external regulations
- Assist our Development Managers in meeting project objectives
- Manage contracts, procurement, budgets, and reporting
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote a safety and sustainability-focused culture
To be considered you must:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- A track record managing contractors and consultants
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
- Aviation security clearance eligibility
- A current NT driver's license
Program and deliver ADG Capital Infrastructure Projects to time, budget, HSE and quality objectives.
