Position Terms:
- Full-Time Permanent Role working 5 days in the office located in the Inner Suburbs
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus super depending on experience
- Weekend and outside of hours work will be required for events when needed
- Work closely with high-end clients nationally
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare site-specific & WHS documents
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Plan and coordinate machinery requirements for installations
- Overseeing bump-in of installations; including production, technical, infrastructure and lighting
- Budget management
- Flexible working hours between October and January including night-work
- Budget management
- Time management (yours and others)
- Relationship management
- Running a meeting
- Site management
- Use of different software packages
- Have creative flair and design awareness
- Have an unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work from the office 5 days a week in the Inner Suburbs
- Ability to work flexible hours between October and January, including night-work
